PANCAKES RECIPE

images97QUYX5VIngredients: -1 1/2 cups flour  -3 1/2 teaspoons salt   -1 teaspoons salt  -1 tablespoon White sugar -1 1/4 cups milk  -1 egg -3 tablespoons butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:

1)First, in a large bowl sift togheter the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

2)Then, make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter.

3)Mix until smooth.

4)Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.

5)Pour some batter into the frying panuntil it is the size you want.

6)Let the pancake cook on one side.

7)When you see many tiny air bubbles on the top of the batter flip the pancake.

8)Brown the other side for a few minutes.

9)When the pancake is cooked, remove the pancake from frying pan.

10)Pour maple syroup on top and enjoy!!!
